These are hefty, and intentionally so. We created them so that they would be hearty enough to lay across a large cookbook, holding the page to exactly that perfect recipe you almost but not quite know by heart. Flip it over, and you find a handy dandy reference to Minnesota recommended Safe Cooking temps, along with illustrations just to be sure.
